The ETICS Inspection Policy Committee (IPC) met recently at the ETICS office in Brussels to discuss updates to the CIG Inspection scheme.
What is the CIG Inspection scheme?
▪ It is about streamlining inspections, reducing overlap requirements, and eliminating the need for multiple visits by different organizations.
▪ With 27 members across Europe, members follow the same procedures and accept each other’s inspection results.
What is new in the CIG Inspection scheme?
▪ Now, Certification bodies outside of Europe can become CIG members too!
