How the ENEC+ mark works
To be eligible for ENEC+ certification,
a product MUST carry the ENEC safety mark ensuring that safety comes before performance
Performance tests are carried out either in approved ENEC+ laboratories, or in appropriately audited and recognised manufacturer's performance laboratories (MPL).
Initially based on EN performance standards EN 62717, EN 62722-1 and EN 62722-2-1 (with the exception of the 6000 hrs final product testing), the scheme will further evolve according to market demands, to include additional performance aspects
All ENEC+ certified products are listed in a publicly available database
ENEC+ certification is available for any light sources
